Ethel M Chocolate Factory is based in Las Vegas, approximately fifteen minutes from the Vegas Strip, on the way to Hoover Dam. For Valentine's Day, they have a Love Collection of premium milk, white, and dark ganache filled chocolates screened with the words "I Love You" in five different languages.
